Helping Hands to Women and Youths.
At Gertrude & Matthew Foundation, a non-profit organization, our goal is to stand for the future of Our Women & Our Youth.
We aim to give a helping hand to lift the common woman and youths within our environs.
Our initiatives and programs are designed to catalyze true empowerment for the less privileged women and youths. Above all, dedication is at the heart of everything we intend to do.
Empowerment is defined as the process of becoming stronger and more confident in
controlling one’s life and claiming one’s rights in life, that is what this foundation is all about.
We are an organization founded specifically to empower the Christian woman through various programs and initiatives, to give them the opportunity to love themselves and live life as ordained by God.
Also, to support our youths through scholarships to deserving students, also help the
youth in their transition phases to adulthood, this we believe also support the
family and instill hope to the youths (high school and college students).
Also, we understand that empowering is not just financial, but empowering the mind through mentorship, counselling, workshops, seminars etc. to build a total woman.
So, it is the goal and aim of this foundation to help women to be the best God has created them to be.
We intend to achieve this goal of empowerment of women through our various programs and resources, so that they can also be contributors to the wellbeing and
welfare of the family and at the end of the day the society benefits.
Who We Are
We have been providing assistance to women, helping in skill acquisition and mentoring youths prior to our registration. hence, we saw a need to be involved on a wider scale, so we decided to get incorporated. This is a Christian based foundation, incorporated in 2023. We understand the roles that an empoweredwoman can play in our complex and challenging society today with the effects on the family, roles that would in the long run impact the society. We ultimately decided to launch Gertrude & Matthew
Foundation based on the mission that empowerment can bring about a social change.
Community Outreach
Shaping Our Future
We intend to transform the day to day lives of women in different communities in collaboration with
local churches and other organizations to achieve our goals in selected areas. To reach as many
communities as possible, we will be operating in different zones at different times.
